So what first sparked your interest in airplanes?
For me I have always had a passive interest in them because my Dad was a tech in the USMC air arm, and when he was stationed in Millington TN, we got to watch air shows from our back yard. My interest finally really got awakened when I was around eight years old. My parents gave me a set of little fact booklets about various airplanes. I poured over those and poured over those. Unfortunately I have now discovered that much of the info contained in them is suspect, but they are what really got me interest in aviation. An interest that has grown much since then. My sister later gave me a much better set of airplane cards, and I read everything I could about planes in our WWII history books. That is how my interest started.

I guess my interest in airplanes started when I decided to be a pilot. I'm not sure why, I guess I just got the idea from somewhere, and decided it sounded neat.
I went to our local library and rented several books, most of them being about WWII planes. I began studying about them and I have been ever since. Recently I've been studying about modern aircraft as well.

Okay, I will play interviewer here, what field of aviation are you most interested in actually flying in? Better put, if you learn to fly, what type of planes are you most interested in flying, and what kind of flying are you most interested in?
In kind of flying, I mean aerobatics, airlines, normal private, etc.

Well, I am going to be a missionary pilot, so I'm probably going to be flying small aircraft, such as the Cessna 172 and other similar aircraft.
The missionary pilot training school that I want to attend is Trinity Aviation Academy: http://trinityaviation.org/.
They have a good mechanics program, and also they are here in Washington, so I won't be so far away from home.
