Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe
I found these aircraft to be very interesting. I wonder how some of them would have preformed if they had made it beyond paper?

Yeah some very interesting designs, I wish some company would start trying some of these, just to see if maybe they'd work.
Flying wing design
What strikes me about some of these designs, is that they look similar in shape to our stealth bombers. That is what they remind me of...or "short" rockets with wings.
We have, of course, modified them through the years...but some of the older models look very similar to these designs. Amazing that they were thinking these things up in the 1940's...

The Ar 234 is probably one of the most amazing designs. I mean, just to think that the Germans had a working jet bomber in 1944!

Horten Ho 229
Here is another jet bomber: The Ho 229. This plane was very advanced for it's time. It had swept-back wing, no vertical tail surfaces, and incorporated some stealth technology.
